An enterprise-level commercial executive with decades of experience shaping strategy and driving sales and revenue growth, Greg Carbone began his career at Kraft Foods, where he held progressive roles in category management, retail sales, and planning. As senior director of sales for Kraft Heinz's Beverages Commercial Team from 2008-13, he oversaw $500 million in trade spending and $2 billion in revenue planning for brands such as Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, and Country Time.
Greg Carbone also led the integration of Heinz's frozen and grocery product portfolios into the Kraft Foods business, contributing to annual net revenue growth of 2.5 percent. He left Kraft in 2016 to join Melissa & Doug, LLC, as VP of customer development and sales strategy for its $380 million toys, arts, and crafts business. Among other achievements, he pioneered the company's first strategic plan for e-commerce, channel development, and international expansion. He subsequently held VP roles at Reckitt Benckiser and Kellogg USA.
